  1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 250 degrees (If smoking hickory, apple, or cherry are good wood choices)
  2. Pat Dry the chicken wings thouroughly
  3. Apply rub to all sides of the wings
  4. Place wings over indirect heat and cook until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees
  5. Increase temperature of the smoker to 425 degrees
  6. Apply BBQ sauce to the top and sides of the chicken wings
  7. Cook wings on 1 side for 5 minutes then flip and cook on other side for 5 minutes
  8. Remove chicken from grill
  9. Serve and enjoy!
