Smoked Meatballs Recipe

These meatballs are some of the best tasting meatballs you will ever try. Made from a combination of beef and pork they are tender and juicy and packed with flavor. Adding some smoke to the mix just helps add another layer of flavor to an already amazing meal.

  1. Chop up your onion and parsley
  2. Add all ingredients other than spagetti sauce into a bowl
  3. Hand mix ingredients until combined
  4. Spray a grate with non stick spray
  5. Form 1 inch meatballs by hand and place them on the grate
  6. Preheat your smoker / grill to 225 (use hickory or pecan if smoking)
  7. Place meatballs on smoker / grill over indirect heat
  8. Cook for about an hour until the internal temperature of meatballs reaches 155 degrees
  9. Remove meatballs from grate and add to an aluminum pan or a cast iron pan and mix in the spagetti sauce
  10. Place pan back on smoker until internal temperature of meatballs reaches 165 degrees
  11. Serve and enjoy!
