  1. Preheat your smoker to 400 degrees.
  2. Add oil to dough to outside of dough to avoid sticking.
  3. Roll out dough on stone or pizza pan.
  4. Add sauce to pizza.
  5. Top with fresh mozzarella and basil.
  6. Cook on smoker for 10 minutes rotating every couple minutes to help get crust evenly cooked
  7. Serve and enjoy!
