  1. Preheat your grill / smoker to 375 degrees (use Hickory if smoking).
  2. Finely chop up brisket
  3. Mix chooped brisket with pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  4. Slice jalpeno peppers down 1 side and clean out seeds and membrane from inside
  5. Stuff peppers with brisket cheese mix
  6. Wrap the peppers with 2 slices of bacon using toothpicks to hold bacon in place
  7. Sprinkle rub over bacon
  8. Place peppers on grill for 40 minutes
  9. Remove toothpicks and then apply bbq sauce to the peppers
  10. Cook for another 10 minutes
  11. Serve and enjoy!
