Ingredients
1 lb Brisket
1 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese
8oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp McCormicks Pink Himalayan Salt with Black Pepper and Garlic (substitute with equal parts salt, pepper, and garlic powder)
14 Big Jalepenos
28 strips bacon
2 Tbsp Honey Hog BBQ Rub (or your own favorite rub)
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce (use your favorite)

Instructions
Preheat your grill / smoker to 375 degrees (use Hickory if smoking).
Finely chop up brisket
Mix chooped brisket with pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Slice jalpeno peppers down 1 side and clean out seeds and membrane from inside
Stuff peppers with brisket cheese mix
Wrap the peppers with 2 slices of bacon using toothpicks to hold bacon in place
Sprinkle rub over bacon
Place peppers on grill for 40 minutes
Remove toothpicks and then apply bbq sauce to the peppers
